Program description
The CSWS Home Buyers SMS program sends recurring automated text messages about cash home-offer updates, appointment scheduling, and follow-up on a cash-offer request that you submitted through this website. We text you about the inquiry you made — not unrelated promotions from other companies.

How you opt in
Opt-in is completed only on this website: you enter your mobile phone number on the cash-offer request form and check the consent box. The box is unchecked by default. We do not treat a phone call, a paper form, or a purchased list as SMS opt-in for this program.
By checking the box and submitting the form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from CSWS Home Buyers (CSWS Enterprises LLC) at the number you provide.
Consent is not required to receive an offer
Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer. You may request a cash offer by calling or emailing us without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. After you submit a request you may receive an acknowledgment and then follow-up messages while we review the property, discuss an offer, or schedule next steps. We do not send a fixed number of marketing texts per month.

The program is intended for major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and other carriers that support A2P 10DLC messaging. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and handset.
Eligible users
You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are 18 years of age or older.
Privacy
We collect mobile numbers only from the form on this site. We do not buy, rent, or scrape phone numbers. SMS opt-in data is never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
